Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis Quality of Life (CUCQ) is an easy to use questionnaire to help improve quality of life tracking and assessment of patients with perianal and fistulating Crohn’s Disease.
Data collected at the point of care through the questionnaire will allow tracking of a patient’s progress over a period of time.
